Further to the Company's announcement released on 11 December 2018, Eight Capital has acquired a further 6,750,000 ordinary shares in Pelican House Mining plc (to be renamed Sport Capital Group plc) ("Pelican") for a total of GBP33,750. Eight Capital now holds shares representing 15.3 percent of the ordinary share capital of Pelican.

John Treacy is Non-executive Director of the Company and also a non-executive director of Pelican.
