FransAction, Inc. Adds Fourth Brand to Growing Franchise Product
Line HEATHROW, Fla., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FransAction,
Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: FCTN) announced today that the Li'l Dino
Corporation, an affiliate of Ultimate Franchise System, Inc.
(OTC:UFSY) (BULLETIN BOARD: UFSY) , has signed an exclusive
agreement that allows FransAction to immediately begin selling
franchises and area developer agreements for the company. The
agreement adds the fourth franchise product to FransAction's brand
offerings, now giving FCTN a widely recognized regional brand in
the lucrative north Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina
marketplaces. Li'l Dino Deli & Grille, a 30-unit chain based in
Greensboro, North Carolina, is an immensely popular regional,
fast-casual restaurant chain. In 1998, Li'l Dino was acquired by
UFSY, a national consolidator of franchise concepts, providing Li'l
Dino's franchisees with enhanced purchasing power, an experienced
advertising department and numerous co-branding opportunities. The
first stage of FransAction's expansion strategy for Li'l Dinos will
be to grow outward from the current two hundred mile radius of its
