Benetton's Sintonia Interested In Enel Green Power - Executive

ROME (MF-Dow Jones)--An investment company controlled by Italy's
Benetton family is looking at buying a possible stake in renewables
company Enel Green Power SpA as it eyes the energy sector, said
Gilberto Benetton Tuesday.
Sintonia SA is interested in investing in the energy sector and
is looking at Enel Green Power, said the chairman of Autogrill SpA
(AGL.MI) at the company's annual shareholder meeting.
Sintonia is the Benetton family holding for infrastructure
investments.
Enel SpA (ENEL.MI) is seeking to sell a minority stake in its
renewables' company by the end of the year to slash the debt pile
of the Italian utility.
