Independence Air to Begin Service to Buffalo Tomorrow 8 Daily Flights to Washington, DC and Connecting Cities Begin July 17th DULLES, Va., July 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Independence Air will begin low-fare service to Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) tomorrow, July 17th with eight daily, non-stop flights to Washington Dulles International Airport.
