Independence Air to Begin Service to Burlington Tomorrow 5 Daily Flights to Washington, DC and Connecting Cities Begin July 17th DULLES, Va., July 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Independence Air will begin low-fare service to Burlington International Airport (BTV) tomorrow, July 17th with five daily, non-stop flights to Washington Dulles International Airport.
