Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On March 22, 2023, MyMD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to cancel its special meeting of stockholders that was originally scheduled for April 20, 2023 and to withdraw from consideration by the stockholders of the Company the proposals set forth in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 13, 2023.
