Blink Charging Co. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”) in a timely manner without unreasonable effort or expense due to delays in completing the documentation and disclosures associated with the impairment of goodwill and intangible assets to its quarter-end reporting process, including the completion of the review of the Company’s financial statements for inclusion in the Form 10-Q. The Company expects to file the Form 10-Q within the extension period provided by Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
