NEW YORK, June 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Finjan
Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNJN), a technology company committed to
enabling innovation through the licensing of its intellectual
property, today announced that the Company is set to join the
Russell Microcap® Index when Russell Investments
reconstitutes its comprehensive set of U.S. and global equity
indexes on June 27, according to a
preliminary list of additions posted June 13 on
www.russell.com/indexes.
Membership in the Russell Microcap Index, which remains in place
for one year, means automatic inclusion in the appropriate growth

said Finjan's President, Phil
Hartstein. "This is yet another step forward for Finjan and

with regards to our licensing programs but also our shareholders.
We continue to execute on our planned growth strategy to capitalize
on today's emerging cybersecurity and related markets."
