Heartland Express, Inc. (the “Company”) is deeply saddened to announce that director Mr. Michael J. Sullivan passed away on September 14, 2024. Mr. Sullivan had been an independent director on the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) since 2018 and served on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.
