Beginning on or about June 6, 2024, Reliance Global Group, Inc. (the “Company”), directly or indirectly, intends to publish a Company overview on one or more social media platforms. The Company overview is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in any website is not a part of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
