This Amendment No. 4 (“Amendment No. 4”) to the Solicitation/Recommendation Statement on Schedule 14D-9 amends and supplements the Solicitation/Recommendation Statement on Schedule 14D-9 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 3, 2014 (together with any amendments and supplements thereto, the “Schedule 14D-9”) by Sport Chalet, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
