On January 6, 2025, Avantor, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by Jim Bramwell, its Executive Vice President, Sales and Customer Excellence, of his intention to retire from the Company on or around June 30, 2025, and pursue a full-time service opportunity within his faith. Upon his retirement, Mr. Bramwell will have had over 30 years of distinguished service with the Company.
