Standard & Poor's Announces Change to U.S. Index

NEW YORK, Dec. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Central Garden & Pet Co.
(NASDAQ:CENT) will replace JLG Industries Inc. (NYSE:JLG) in the
S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Wednesday,
December 6. JLG is being acquired by S&P MidCap 400 index
constituent Oshkosh Truck Corp. (NYSE:OSK) in a deal expected to
close on or about that date, pending final approvals. Standard
