Patrick Becomes First Woman to Win IndyCar Series Event PLANO,

driver Danica Patrick of Andretti Green Racing (AGR) -- whose cars

won her first IndyCar(R) Series race, the Indy Japan 300 at Twin

became the first woman in history to win an IndyCar Series event.
The victory came in her 50th career IndyCar Series start in which
she drove the #7 Motorola car among the top-eight cars for the
entire 200-lap event. AGR, the 2007 IndyCar Series Champion, has
won three of the last four IndyCar Series championships with three
different drivers. The victory was AGR's first this season and it
extended AGR's IndyCar Series record to 33 victories. "Siemens PLM
