To determine the finalists, VHA members were surveyed and requested to nominate suppliers that represented the highest standards in service, responsiveness and meeting customer needs. These nominated suppliers were then scored on four criteria: -- LOP/LOC's completed within initial submission (if applicable) -- Pricing file updates submitted every 30 days -- Best Price -- any variances resolved within 60 days of request (if applicable) -- Day Revenue Outstanding/Days Sales Outstanding - no delinquency more than 60 days Based on this criteria and evaluations by VHA members and senior management, Siemens was selected as the 2008 VHA Service Excellence Award winner.
