On July 31, 2024, the Company announced that on July 29, 2024, the Board approved a quarterly cash dividend for the third fiscal quarter of 2024 in the amount of $0.095 per share to holders of the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable to the Company's shareholders of record at the close of business on September 13, 2024 and is expected to be paid on October 8, 2024.
