–Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results to be Released on March 22, 2022–

Sunlight Financial Holdings Inc. Sunlight will release its fourth quarter and full-year 2021 financial results, as well as 2022 guidance, after the market closes on Tuesday, March 22, 2022.
