Walmart Names Miner Global Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer

Walmart said it appointed Matt Miner as executive vice president
and global chief ethics and compliance officer.
Mr. Miner has more than 20 years of compliance and legal
experience and will lead the company's global compliance program
and report to Rachel Brand, Walmart's executive vice president of
global governance, chief legal officer and corporate secretary, the
retailer said.
Mr. Miner is joining Walmart from the Washington office of
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where he was partner and leader of
the Washington White Collar Litigation and Government Enforcement
Practice.
Prior to that, he served as a deputy assistant attorney general
in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
