The Company was notified on 4 December 2003 by ISIS Asset Management plc
("ISIS") that following a sale of 25,000 of the Company's ordinary 5p shares
("Ordinary Shares") on 2 December 2003, Stewardship Inv Funds ICVC Stewardship
Income ("Stewardship"), a client of ISIS has an interest in 1,415,000 Ordinary
Shares representing 5.91 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
capital.


The Ordinary Shares held by Stewardship are registered in the name of Chase
Nominees Ltd.
