Significant shareholdings

The Company was informed today that, following a series of disposals of ordinary
shares of 2 pence each in the Company since 4 December 2003, Richard Rhys Owen
and his wife Marian Owen are currently interested in 6,950,000 ordinary shares,
representing 12.55% of the issued share capital of the Company. These shares are
registered in the name of Giltspur Nominees Limited.
