TORONTO, June 28, 2013 /CNW/ - Moss Lake Gold Mines Ltd. ("Moss Lake" or the "Company") (TSXV: MOK) announces that it has reached an agreement with Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. ("Wesdome"), the holder of a convertible unsecured promissory note in the principal amount of $2,000,000 issued by the Company in 2011 (the "Note"), to: (i) extend the maturity date of the Note from June 29, 2013 to September 29, 2013; and (ii) remove the conversion feature of the Note.

It is a 57.6%-owned subsidiary of Wesdome, which currently owns and operates the Eagle River Gold Mine and the Mishi Gold Mine.
