technology provider of semantic search, machine learned language
and Natural Language Processing, is pleased to announce that it has
entered into an agreement with Anthem Sports & Entertainment
Corp. ("Anthem") a global specialty content platform focused on

award winning RotoExperts.com fantasy content, articles and FNTSY
Sports Network videos and entertainment to its growing user
base.
In exchange Anthem will market Sprylogics'
BreakingSports app on Anthem's platforms.
"Anthem's strategy of aggressively pursuing and

the male 18-54 demographic and related digital media assets
across platforms and geographies fits perfectly with our
objectives. Given their high quality, respected content and
significant growth in several synergistic sports verticals, we are
confident that we can help each other in the marketing, product
development and growth of our combined products," said Marvin Igelman, CEO of Sprylogics. "Our
BreakingSports app will benefit greatly from the integration of

BreakingSports audience, enabling us to collaborate on achieving
collective user growth and capitalize on new revenue
opportunities, especially given their partnership with Fox
Sports Radio Network, through iHeartMedia, a leading radio content
internet-based streaming provider."
BreakingSports tracks social media in real-time
for significant sports information and events and distributes
summarized information through fully automated real-time push
notifications to consumers. By utilizing advanced artificial
intelligence techniques, the BreakingSports app can detect events
in real time as they are announced on social media. It will
determine the nature of the events, attribute the events to its
participants, summarize sourced articles, index the underlying
information and provide search of the events and articles while
sending alerts to fantasy players, sports fans and enthusiasts.
BreakingSports differentiates itself from its
competitors because it does not require human intervention when
detecting and generating alerts, thereby enabling faster delivery
of relevant information. Through a simple-to-use interface,
BreakingSports users specify what teams and players they are
interested in, as well as what type of events they care about, such
as injuries, roster moves, line-up changes, statistics, rumors and
more. To get the app visit breakingsportsapp.com or
search "BreakingSports" on iOS or Android app
