Xylitol Canada Inc. Announces Resignation of Director and Upcoming
Reduction in Board Size
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jun 17, 2014) - Xylitol Canada
Inc. ("Xylitol Canada", or the "Company") (TSX-VENTURE:XYL)
announced that Mr. Michael Boyd has resigned from the Board,
effective June 12, 2014 in order to devote time to the requirements
of his other business interests. The Board now consists of Mr.
Thomas Kierans (Chairman), Mr. Pankaj Modi, Mr. Roger Daher, Mr.
Brad Saville, Mr. Len Bykowski, Mr. Horst Heuniken and Mr. Andrew
Reid (Xylitol Canada CEO). Messrs. Modi, Saville and Bykowski shall
not be standing for re-election to the Board at its upcoming Annual
General and Special Meeting of the Shareholders ("AGM") scheduled
for July 17, 2014. On this basis and subject to approval at the
AGM, the Company's Board shall then be comprised of four Directors,
being Mr. Thomas Kierans, Mr. Roger Daher, Mr. Horst Heuniken and
Mr. Andrew Reid.
