After several hours of discussion, it was agreed that both entities see substantial benefit to the union and desire to aggressively move forward. A due diligence package was given and is expected to be completed and returned by next Tuesday, the 21st of October. Assuming that all is in order, a Letter of Intent will follow before the end of the month."
