Second Quarter 2024 Distribution
On June 12, 2024, we issued a press release announcing our second quarter 2024 distribution, as further described in Item 8.01 below. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
The information furnished under this Item 7.01, including Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed to be “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section, nor shall such information be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 12, 2024, our board of directors authorized a distribution to holders of our common stock, Class T common stock and Class I common stock of record as of the close of business on June 27, 2024, for the quarter commencing on April 1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2024. The quarterly distribution will be equal to $0.25 per share of our common stock, which is equal to an annualized distribution rate of $1.00 per share. The second quarter distribution will be paid in cash on or about July 19, 2024, only from legally available funds.

American Healthcare REIT Declares Second Quarter 2024 Distribution

IRVINE, Calif., June 12, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (NYSE: AHR) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly distribution of $0.25 per share for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. The distribution will be payable in cash on or about July 19, 2024 to all holders of record of its common stock, Class T common stock and Class I common stock as of the close of business on June 27, 2024.
