Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach (OTCBB: FMBL) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $22 per share and a special dividend of $26 per share on the Bank’s common stock. Both the quarterly and special dividends are payable on December 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2014.

The declaration represents F&M’s 480th dividend payment, including special dividends, since the Bank was founded in 1907.
