Corporation (OTCQX: MNAT) today announced that its Board of
Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.375 per share, an increase of 50% from the
previous quarter dividend rate. The dividend will be payable
on April 1, 2015 to shareholders of
record on March 20, 2015. As of
January 20, 2015, Marquette had
1,025,109 shares issued and outstanding.
