CROWNBUTTE Wind Power Inc. (OTCBB: CBWP) ("CROWNBUTTE") today announced it has appointed Mark Schaftlein and Murray Fleming to its Board of Directors. In addition, Mark Schaftlein has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of CROWNBUTTE.

NACEL Energy Corporation (OTCBB: NCEN) (FRANKFURT: 4FC) ("NACEL") acquired the largest stake in CROWNBUTTE on January 26, 2011.

Mr. Schaftlein, Mr. Fleming and Timothy Simons, the founder and Chairman of CROWNBUTTE, now comprise the Boards of Directors of NACEL and CROWNBUTTE. In addition, Mark Schaftlein now serves as Chief Executive Officer of both companies and Terry Pilling, Ph.D., as Executive Vice President of CROWNBUTTE and Chief Operating Officer of NACEL.

CROWNBUTTE developed the first operating wind park in the Dakotas and most recently, the two-phase 30 MW Diamond Willow wind power facility near Baker, Montana. Twenty GE 1.5 MW wind turbines are operating at Baker, which is presently owned by Montana-Dakota Utilities.

NACEL currently anticipates generating an aggregate 130 megawatts of new wind power upon the commissioning of its Snowflake project in Arizona and its Leila Lake, Hedley Pointe, Swisher, Channing Flats and Blue Creek, all located in the Texas Panhandle.
