release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Supervisory Board of SAP SE has nominated Mr. Punit Renjen to stand
for election as a new member of the Supervisory Board and proposes Mr. Renjen as the designated successor to Chairman, Prof. Dr. Hasso
Plattner.
