Our management requires additional time to prepare our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2017, which could not be completed without incurring undue hardship and expense. We anticipate filing our complete Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2017, on or about November 21, 2017.
