Item 5.02.   Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On July 28, 2020, the Boards of Directors of TEB Bancorp, Inc. and The Equitable Bank, S.S.B. appointed Jennifer L. Provancher as Chief Executive Officer of those entities, effective September 1, 2020.  Ms. Provancher, age 61, will also retain the title of President of each entity.
John P. Matter, who currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of each entity, will remain as Chairman of the Board for each entity, and will remain with the Bank as a part-time employee.
