Skipton Building Society announces the retirement, by rotation, of its 
non-executive William (Bill) Jack at the conclusion of yesterday's annual 
general meeting. Skipton Chairman, John Rawlings commented "on behalf of my 
fellow Board members, I would like to thank Bill for his wise counsel over the 
past eight years and wish him well for the future".
