Presentation of 31 December 2017 results - Tuesday 5 June 2018

A bondholders' presentation has been arranged to discuss the results of Eversholt Rail for the year ended 31 December 2017. The presentation will be hosted by Mary Kenny, Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Course, Chief Operating Officer and Andrea Wesson, Chief Financial Officer.

The presentation will commence at 11:00, registration 10:30 hours (UK time) on Tuesday 5 June 2018 and will be held at the offices of Hitachi Rail Europe, Northway, Little Stoke, Filton, BS34 7QG. The session will include a presentation of the results of Eversholt Rail for the year ended 31 December 2017 and a Depot visit.

Interested parties are asked to confirm whether they wish to attend the presentation by sending an email to investors@eversholtrail.co.uk in order for the event to be managed effectively. Responses will be treated on a first come first served basis and attendees will be limited to two per institution.

A conference call will be held simultaneously for the benefit of those unable to attend the meeting and a copy of the presentation will be available, from 4 June 2018, on the company's website within the Corporate section. The conference call details are set out below:
