DIRECTOR / PDMR DEALINGS
Afentra plc ('Afentra' or the 'Company'), the upstream oil and
gas Company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange,
announces that it has received notification of the following
transactions in ordinary shares of GBP0.10 each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares"), by persons discharging managerial
responsibilities and persons closely associated with them:
Ian Cloke, Chief Operating Officer has transferred 555,069
Ordinary Shares to his wife, Elizabeth Bingham.
Ian Cloke has sold 617,190 Ordinary Shares and purchased 602,874
Ordinary Shares into his ISA
Elizabeth Bingham, wife and person closely associated with Ian
Cloke, has sold 589,102 Ordinary Shares and purchased 601,594
Ordinary Shares into her ISA.
As a result, the total aggregate shareholding in the Company of
Ian Cloke and persons closely associated with him comprises
2,126,185 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.97% of the
Company's issued share capital, representing no material change to
such total aggregate shareholding from the previous position..
