Partial Redemption of Shares - Rectification, the Company confirms that the 
current Total Voting Rights are as follows:

  * 4,471,152 Ordinary USD Shares 
 
Number of votes each Share shall be entitled to on a poll at any general 
meeting of the Company (applying the Weighted Voting Calculation as described 
in the Prospectus published by the Company on 6 November 2007):

US Dollar Shares:                    1.0000 
 
The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
