                 Preliminary Results - Wednesday, 15 March 2006


Atlantic Global plc, the specialist provider of Project Portfolio Management
(PPM) software applications, expects to announce its preliminary results for the
year ended 31 December 2005 on Wednesday 15 March 2006.

The results announcement will be followed by an analysts' briefing to be given
by Steve Allen (Non-executive Chairman), Eugene Blaine (Managing Director) and
Rupert Hutton (Finance Director) which will be held at 9.30 am on Wednesday 15
March 2006 at Abchurch Communications, 5th Floor, 100 Cannon Street, London,
EC4N 6EU.
