                             Grant of Share Options

Atlantic Global Plc, the specialist provider of integrated business and resource
management software applications, today announces that on 12 July it granted
options over 500,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5.00 pence each to Mr Steve Allen,
Non Executive Chairman.   The options are exercisable between 31 March 2008 and
11 July 2010 at a price of 19.00 pence per share.

Currently Mr Steve Allen has an interest in the issued share capital of the
Company of 68,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.30% of the issued share
capital.
