                  Interim Results - Tuesday, 26 September 2006


Atlantic Global plc, the specialist provider of integrated business and resource
management software applications, has moved the date of its Interim Results due
to unforeseen diary commitments.  The Company will now be announcing its Interim
Results for the half year ended 30 June 2006 on Tuesday, 26 September 2006 not
Tuesday, 19 September 2006 as previously announced.


The results announcement will be followed by an analysts' briefing to be given
by Steve Allen (Non-executive Chairman), Eugene Blaine (Managing Director) and
Rupert Hutton (Finance Director) which will be held at 9.30 am on Tuesday, 26
September 2006 at Abchurch Communications, 5th Floor, 100 Cannon Street, London,
EC4N 6EU.
