                         AGM Statement & Trading Update



Atlantic Global Plc, the specialist provider of integrated business and resource
management software applications, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 14:30
hrs today at the Company's Head Office in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire. The
following statement regarding current trading will be made by Non-Executive
Chairman, Steve Allen:



"The success demonstrated by Atlantic Global during the final quarter of 2006
has continued into the first quarter of 2007 with several new accounts being
added, including: National Assembly for Wales; TRL Technology; and Oxford
Pharmaceutical Sciences."



"Early indications are that trading in the first half of 2007 is expected to
show an improvement compared to the first half of 2006. Furthermore, current
trading is also in line with market expectations for the full year."
