Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company advises that it has purchased into treasury US$8,000,000 Avation Capital S.A. Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2026 issued under Avation's global medium term note programme. The notes were acquired at a price equal to 85.5 per cent of face value.
