Replacement - Block Listing Application

The following amendment has been made to the 'Block Listing Application' announcement released on 6 February 2024 at 4:54 pm under RNS No 2340C.

The application is expected to be heard on 12 February 2024 and Admission is expected to become effective on 13 February 2024.

All other details remain unchanged.

The Company hereby notifies the market that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 28,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The new Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The application is expected to be heard on 12 February 2024 and Admission is expected to become effective on 13 February 2024.
