("Roadside", or the "Company")
Change of Name to Roadside
Real Estate plc
Further to the passing of resolution
1 at the General Meeting of the Company held on 29 December 2023,
the Company confirms that its change of name to Roadside Real
Estate plc has now been completed.
It is expected that the change of
name will take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock
Exchange from 8:00am on 31 January 2024 and the Company's TIDM will
change to "ROAD". The Company's current ISIN and SEDOL will remain
the same. Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and
existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid.
Any new share certificates issued will bear the name Roadside Real
Estate plc.
The Company's website containing the
information required by AIM Rule 26 remains unchanged.
