('Bright Things' or the 'Company') 
ISSUE OF EQUITY and DIRECTOR UPDATE 
 
The directors of Bright Things are sad to announce that Charles Delamain, Chief 
Operating Officer of the Company died on 6 April 2009 following a road traffic 
accident. 
As a result, the details of the placing of 60,040,000 new ordinary shares, 
announced on 6 April 2009 are altered. Charles Delamain was due to take up 
8,000,000 of the new ordinary shares. Dominic Wheatley has agreed to take up 
these shares in Charles Delamain's place. 
Thus Dominic Wheatley will now take 12,800,000 of the placing shares 
representing 21% of total number of shares subject to the placing. Following 
admission to AIM, which remains scheduled for 8 April 2009, Dominic Wheatley 
will hold 37,005,102 Ordinary Shares representing 18.9% of the total issued 
shared capital of the Company. 
Following the issue of equity, Charles Delamain's Estate will no longer have a 
notifiable interest in the Company. 
Dominic commented: "Charles was a dear friend whom I had known since we were at 
school. He loved life and lived it to the full. Charles was courageous, loyal 
and gifted. He excelled at so many things - as a soldier, husband, father, 
businessman, fisherman, huntsman and friend to so many. He will be sorely missed 
by all who knew him and our thoughts and prayers go to his family."
