has purchased through UBS Limited ("UBS") the following number of
its ordinary shares of 25 pence each on the London Stock Exchange.
The purchases were made pursuant to the buy-back programme
announced by the Company on 24 July 2017. The Company intends to
cancel the purchased shares.
