EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by RBC cees Limited, the trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that on 12 January 2017 the Trust completed the purchase of 12,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 2,035 pence per share.

Following these purchases, the Trust now holds 243,602 ordinary shares representing 1.78% of the Company's current voting rights.
