Block Listing
Application
The Company announces that an
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a total
of 500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the
"Shares") to be admitted to
trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will be granted on 2
May 2024.
These Shares are being reserved
under a block listing and will be issued from time to time under
the terms of the following schemes:

designs and manufactures advanced communications systems for naval
and military customers. Cohort acquired a majority stake in June

Sensors and Effectors
· Chess
Dynamics offers surveillance, tracking and fire-control systems to
the defence and security markets. Chess has been part of the Group

· ELAC
SONAR supplies advanced sonar systems and underwater communications
to global customers in the naval marketplace. Acquired by
