Directors Dealings

The Company announces that it was notified on 9 August 2005 that on that day,
the estate of Jane Murray, the late wife of Richard Murray (Chairman of the
Company), transferred a total of 1,230,000 ordinary shares of 50p each 
("Ordinary Shares") to other family members, including 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares
to Richard Murray.


Following this transfer, Richard Murray's beneficial holding is 15,570,604
Ordinary Shares, representing 24.26 per cent. of the Company's total issued
share capital.
