Taylor plc confirms Rupert Robson’s retirement as
Chairman
Further to the announcement on 17 June
2015 that Edward Creasy will
be appointed Chairman in succession to Rupert Robson following the release of the
Company's half year results, the Company confirms that Rupert Robson resigned as Chairman and director
of the Company with effect from today’s date, following the
announcement of the Company's half year results earlier today.
As previously announced, Edward
Creasy has succeeded Rupert
Robson as Chairman of the Company.
