Centurion Electronics plc ("Centurion" or "the Company")


Update


Refinancing


The board of Centurion reports that negotiations are continuing with a view to
agreeing a further funding facility for the Company which the Directors expect
will be finalised in the next few days.  A further announcement will be made in
due course.


Nominated Adviser


The board also announces that JMFinn Capital Markets Limited will cease to act
as the Company's nominated adviser and broker on 20 January 2008.  Accordingly,
if no other nominated adviser is appointed by that time, the Company's shares
will be suspended from trading on AIM from 21 January 2008.


In the event that a replacement nominated adviser is not found by 21 February
2008 Centurion's quotation on AIM will be cancelled.
