DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTOR'S INTEREST IN SHARES

Diploma PLC (the "Company") has been notified that on 23 November 2018, Mr NP Lingwood, Group Finance Director of the Company, disposed of 3,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP13.31 per share.

Mr Lingwood's beneficial interest in the shares of the Company is 177,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.16% of the Company's issued share capital.
